THE KALTBACH CAVE
Our specialty line of KALTBACH cheeses are carefully crafted in the deep, cool Kaltbach Cave. Located in the Alpine Valley of Switzerland, the cave is a 22-million-year-old natural sandstone labyrinth that ages cheese unlike any other place in the world.
