Cheese from Switzerland
Emmi cheeses are crafted from the freshest Swiss milk that arrives from local, nearby farms. We then place it in the care of our dedicated cheesemakers, vigilant affinage professionals, and skilled craftsman who use their knowledge and the strength of their passion to bring you tastes that are unique, complex and far beyond ordinary.
The Real Swiss Cheese
The art and tradition of Swiss cheesemaking go back for centuries. Take look at the farms, creameries, and affinage that bring you Emmi cheeses.

From the Cave
Only the finest Gruyères are selected to age in the 22 million year old Katbach Cave. Extended cave aging makes for a more complex cheese with a smooth, dense texture and a pronounced crystal crunch not found anywhere else in the world.
Dedicated to Tradition
Swiss tradition, tastes, and practices have stood for many generations. In fact, some originated centuries ago. At Emmi, we are dedicated to protecting the integrity and heritage of the cheeses we make to ensure only the finest flavors and recipes come to you and your table.
