Easy Raclette Dogs

  • 6 frankfurters
  • 6 split hot dog buns,
  • 18 ounces Emmi Raclette Cheese, cut into 1/8-inch thick slices, (about 2 by 5 inches)
  • For Topping:
  • Yellow or Dijon Mustard
  • Dill pickle relish
  • Crushed potato chips
  • Cayenne pepper, optional


  1. Heat oven to broil.
  2. Cook frankfurters according to package directions or your desired method. Keep warm.
  3. Arrange buns on a parchment-lined baking sheet; place a frankfurter in each bun. Top each with a slice of Emmi Raclette Cheese. Place under broiler and heat until cheese is melted. Alternatively, use a Boska barbeclette to melt each slice of cheese and place over hot dog bun.
  4. To serve, top with mustard, relish crushed potato chips and sprinkle of cayenne, if desired.
