Easy Raclette Dogs
Raclette's unique flavor and incomparable melt set this dog apart.
- 6 frankfurters
- 6 split hot dog buns,
- 18 ounces Emmi Raclette Cheese, cut into 1/8-inch thick slices, (about 2 by 5 inches)
- For Topping:
- Yellow or Dijon Mustard
- Dill pickle relish
- Crushed potato chips
- Cayenne pepper, optional
- Heat oven to broil.
- Cook frankfurters according to package directions or your desired method. Keep warm.
- Arrange buns on a parchment-lined baking sheet; place a frankfurter in each bun. Top each with a slice of Emmi Raclette Cheese. Place under broiler and heat until cheese is melted. Alternatively, use a Boska barbeclette to melt each slice of cheese and place over hot dog bun.
- To serve, top with mustard, relish crushed potato chips and sprinkle of cayenne, if desired.
