Cranberry Gruyère Bites

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded Emmi Gruyère cheese
  • Cranberry Sauce or Jam
  • Minced Chives
  • 30 pre-made phyllo cups


  1. Mix cream cheese and gruyere together. Pinch off about 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons of the mixture and roll into a ball. Fill each cup with 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce and 1 cheese ball, on each side of the cup.
  2. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is bubbling and baked through. Remove from oven and top with minced chives. Serve warm or at room temperature.
