Creamy Le Gruyère Crab Rangoon Dip
This creamy crab dip is inspired by the Chinese American appetizers, Crab Rangoon. This dip is laced with sweet and spicy notes from the Thai sweet chili sauce with an ultra-rich creamy base made of cream cheese and gruyere cheese. Serve with golden sesame won ton crisps for a take on the loved classic.
Ingredients
| 8 oz | softened cream cheese |
| ¼ cup | mayo |
| ½ cup | sour cream |
| 3 | minced garlic cloves |
| 4 | thinly sliced green onions |
| 8 oz | drained crab meat |
| 1 cup | shredded le gruyere cheese |
| 2 tsp | 2 tsp soy sauce |
| 1 tsp | sriracha |
| 1 tsp | Worcestershire sauce |
| ½ cup | Thai sweet chili sauce |

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Add softened cream cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream to a large mixing bowl. Mix together until smooth and combined.
- Add garlic, green onions, crab meat, 1 cup of gruyere cheese, soy sauce, sriracha, Worcestershire sauce and Thai sweet chili sauce to the cream cheese mixture. Mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Transfer the dip to a 1-quart baking dish. Top evenly with the remaining Gruyère cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is bubbling and golden brown on top.
- Remove from the oven and top with more sliced green onions. Serve with Wonton Chips
- For wonton chips: To bake or air fry the chips, spray them with cooking spray, sprinkle with a bit of sesame seeds and cook in a single layer for about 5 minutes at 350F.
