Apple Picking Cheese Board
If you went apple picking this year or have just gone crazy for apples during the fall season, this Apple picking inspired cheese board is for you! Made with three different kinds of cheeses, two different kinds of apples and plenty of fall snacks. Serve alongside apple cider mimosas or apple margaritas.
Ingredients
| 5 oz | Kaltbach, cut into triangles |
| 6 oz | Le Gruyere AOP, cut into rectangles |
| 7 oz | Switzerland Swiss, cut into 1' cubes |
| 1/2 cup | apple butter |
| 1 | small, minced shallot |
| 1-2 | red apples, thinly sliced |
| 1-2 | green apples, thinly sliced |
| 3-4 | small vines of grapes |
| 6-8 | figs, quartered |
| 2 oz | dark seeded crackers |
| 1 cup | honey glazed nuts |
Instructions
- Cut each cheese into the three different shapes and place onto three different parts of a large cheese board.
- Place the apple butter into a small bowl with a spreader and place onto the cheeseboard.
- Fill in the remaining spaces evenly on the board with red and green apple slices, grape vines, figs, seeded crackers and glazed nuts.
