Baked Cajun Crab Dip with Shredded Gruyère

Ingredients
| 8 oz | softened cream cheese |
| ½ cup | mayonnaise |
| ½ cup | sour cream |
| 1 ½ cups | Le Gruyere AOP cheese, shredded |
| 1 tsp | Worcestershire sauce |
| ½ tsp | kosher salt |
| 12 oz | lump crab meat |
| 1 tbsp | minced chives, plus extra for topping |
| 1 tbsp | minced tarragon |
| 1 tsp | Cajun seasoning |
| cracked black pepper | |
| crackers and celery sticks for serving |
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 F.
- Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, 1 cup of shredded gruyere cheese, worcestershire sauce, and kosher salt to a large mixing bowl. Mix together until creamy and combined.
- Add in the chives, tarragon, crab meat and cracked black pepper. Fold together gently until the mixture is combined.
- Pour the contents into a small baking dish and spread evenly. Top with remaining gruyere cheese.
- Bake the dip for 20-25 minutes or until bubbling and golden brown on top.
- Garnish dip with extra minced chives and serve with crackers and veggie sticks.
