Kentucky Hot Brown Sliders
Ingredients
| Non-stick cooking spray | |
| 1 (12 pack) | sweet hawaiian rolls, cut in half |
| 8 slices | deli turkey meat |
| 4 slices | cooked bacon, cut in half |
| 4-6 | heirloom tomato slices, thinly sliced |
| 3oz | gruyère, shredded |
| 1/4 cup | butter, melted |
| 1/2 tsp | garlic powder |
| 2 tsp | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 tbsp | brown sugar |
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F
- Cut the pack of sweet hawaiian rolls in half width wise, and place into a medium 9x13 casserole dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
- Add turkey meat evenly onto the rolls, then the heirloom tomato slices and bacon pieces. Grate the gruyère cheese over the top of the bacon and place the top half of the buns back on.
- In a small bowl whisk together melted butter, garlic powder, worcestershire sauce and brown sugar until smooth. Brush the butter mixture over the top of the hawaiian rolls with a pastry brush. Cover loosely with foil
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melty. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Let stand five minutes and serve
