Ingredients
| 1 oz Pack | Cream Cheese, at Room Temp |
| 1 1/2 | Finely Shredded Le Gruyère Cheese |
| 1/4 tsp | Ground Ginger |
| 1/4 tsp | Ground Cinnamon |
| 1 tbsp | Minced Fresh Rosemary |
| Cracked Black Pepper | |
| Heavy Pinch Kosher Salt |
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, gruyere cheese, ginger, cinnamon, rosemary, a few turns of cracked black pepper and kosher salt.
- With a mixer or by hand, mix everything together until it’s smooth and creamy. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to firm up a bit and make it easier to handle.
- Once chilled, scoop and roll the mixture into ½ - 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Pour your pistachios and cranberries into two shallow dishes or pie plates. Roll each cheese ball in nuts and cranberries until they’re fully coated. Set them back on the tray as you go.
