Prosciutto Gruyère Fig Bites
These tasty fig bites are a fall flavor explosion. They are sweet from the juicy fig slices, salty from the gruyere and prosciutto slices and full of fall flavor. They come together in minutes and serve as a beautiful fall appetizer.
Ingredients
| 20 | petite toasts |
| 8-10 | figs, sliced |
| 10 | slices of prosciutto, cut in half into 20 pieces |
| 20 | 1-inch thin slices of Le Gruyere AOP |
| honey | |
| balsamic glaze | |
| rosemary, minced | |
| flaky sea salt |
Instructions
- Cut each fig into 3-4 slices. Place a slice of fig, and a ribbon of prosciutto into each petit toast. Add gruyere slices onto the flat side of the fig.
- Place petit toasts onto a serving platter and drizzle with honey, balsamic glaze, a bit of minced rosemary and flaky sea salt.
