Baked Gruyère Dip


  • 2 blocks Emmi Gruyère cheese, shredded
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • fresh rosemary, minced
  • fresh cranberries thinly sliced, or pomegranate seeds
  • flaky salt
  • black pepper


  1. Add shredded Gruyère cheese to cast iron skillet. Bake at 400 degrees F until bubbly and melted!
  2. Top with fresh rosemary, sliced cranberries, several pinches flaky salt, and black pepper. Serve immediately with toasted crostini or crackers.
