Baked Gruyère Dip
- 2 blocks Emmi Gruyère cheese, shredded
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- fresh rosemary, minced
- fresh cranberries thinly sliced, or pomegranate seeds
- flaky salt
- black pepper
- Add shredded Gruyère cheese to cast iron skillet. Bake at 400 degrees F until bubbly and melted!
- Top with fresh rosemary, sliced cranberries, several pinches flaky salt, and black pepper. Serve immediately with toasted crostini or crackers.
